The send off

Valerie and Simon drove down from Danville to wave us off. They had cards, presents and this cool banner showing our route. With Dee, Marco and Isabella there too we really had a great send off. The kids loved the wobbly hair bands and flags. There were tears all over the place but it was exciting too! Bloody cold morning as we finished packing up and saying our good-byes. Thank you for making us feel special and loved!!

    I just want it noted that the tears and snot were largely coming from Debbie & Dee........I thought I held myself together remarkably well........!!!!!
